About the Boxes
The boxes are made from 1/16″ thick corrugated cardboard. The dimensions are 8″ long, 4-7/8″ wide and 5-1/4″ high measured from the base to the crease where the walls meet the roofs. From that crease to the top of the handle is 4-3/4″. The slot in the front roof for depositing money in the house is 2″ long. Boxes are shipped flat and are pre-scored for easy assembly. Boxes are shipped in cartons of 25 boxes and 100 boxes.
Except for the back roof, the boxes are blank and ready to be decorated. The back roof is printed with the text above. For special orders, the text and logo on the back of the box can be customized to your organization for an additional charge. For special orders or additional information, please contact us.
Provide crayons, markers, glitter, collage materials, scissors, glue sticks and other arts and crafts materials to decorate the boxes.

The key to a successful Houses for Change project is to inform and engage participants and their parents. Include a letter to parents explaining the project, how the boxes are to be used, the charity that will receive the donation and when the money saved will be collected.
