Claire Boylan graduated from Ursinus College in 2017 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Education. After college, she worked at the MENTOR Network in Philadelphia where she implemented behavioral interventions for youth with disabilities. More recently, Claire has volunteered with the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) courses.
Claire Boylan serves as the Rental Assistance Coordinator. She works with low-income households in Union County to alleviate financial pressures and to determine eligibility for emergency rental assistance. The position is supported by a grant from the Community Development Block Grant CARES Act program.
In her free time, Claire volunteers at Grace’s Kitchen in Summit, NJ, coordinating the preparation and distribution of food and supplies to local families impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. She also enjoys drawing, running, and playing with her dog, Luna.
