Nikki Griffiths

Nicole Griffiths - Copy (768x1024)Nikki serves as Administrative Assistant to the Summit Chief of Police.  In addition to her full time job, Nikki also works as a dispatcher with the Mountain Valley Emergency Communications Center.   She graduated from Raritan Valley Community College with an Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and is currently completing courses for a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Environmental Science.


Nikki joined the Family Promise-Union County Community Board in 2015 and has participated in many events that are hosted for the families served by the program.  She has been running a food and household item collection for the past three years in conjunction with the Summit Police Department to benefit Family Promise, each year consistently doubling the previous year’s collections.


She joined the Junior League of Summit Board in 2016 and has previously been a member of the Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad; serving almost eight years with the other members assisting the residents in Summit and surrounding communities.  During her down time, Nikki enjoys taking her dogs hiking to different state parks, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
