SUMMIT, N.J. — November 25, 2025 — Family Promise, a national nonprofit working to prevent and end family homelessness, announced that national furniture retailer Living Spaces raised $10,000 through a recent point-of-sale (POS) campaign to support families experiencing homelessness across the country.
From April through June, Living Spaces invited customers to make donations to Family Promise at checkout. The campaign is the latest milestone in a growing national partnership between the two organizations focused on helping families facing housing instability find safety, stability, and a place to call home.
“Every family deserves the dignity, comfort, and security of a home,” said Cheryl Schuch, CEO of Family Promise. “Living Spaces’ generous support helps us ensure that when families move from shelter into housing, they’re able to take meaningful steps toward stability.”
In addition to the POS campaign, Living Spaces has made a direct impact at the local level by donating furniture and volunteering. Team members helped set up spaces and install furniture at multiple sites, including Family Promise of Santa Clarita Valley and Family Promise of Riverside.
