Family Promise recently announced that Britt Hegarty-Darrow has been named Chief Financial Officer.
Hegarty-Darrow is a Certified Public Accountant with more than ten years of financial leadership experience in various sectors, including nonprofit organizations, private equity, tech, and financial services.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Britt to the Family Promise team and look forward to the value that she will bring to the organization,” said Family Promise CEO Cheryl Schuch. “Her financial expertise will help us responsibly steward our resources for maximum impact and long-term success.”
For the past four years, Hegarty-Darrow served as the Chief Financial Officer of West Michigan Partnership for Children (WMPC), where she provided strategic direction for the organization to realize significant growth and become a permanent innovative model after a five-year pilot.
Hegarty-Darrow holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University.
